I received it back with 26% battery charge which seemed rather odd, the assistant did not know why but said it was fine. I checked the Battery Health (beta) and it says “Maximum Capacity 100%” Does this mean they definitely changed the battery?...

The fault on it is that the lad was playing on it, and the charge lead that was in it bent in its port, an error came up ( No idea so dont ask) and then dead. There was also an small electrical burning smell afterwards. Anyway ive blown it apart and come to the assumption that its possibly the battery....
Chosen Solution So I’ve replaced the battery and it’s charging only if the bracket that covers battery, display and home button cable is removed. If I install that bracket back it’s not charging at all. It also showed strange behaviour when it would charge with bracket, but when not all screws are in place (doesn’t happen in all cases). What can be a reason here? Can I use my phone without that bracket at all?...
Chosen Solution I recently purchased a broken ds lite off of ebay to attempt repairing it as a little project. It won’t read ds or gameboy games, so I assumed it just had some damaged pins. I opened up the ds and to my surprise, all the pins appeared to perfectly intact. I even put gentle pressure on each one and they all appeared well-attached to the motherboard. I then theorized that the pins could possibly be dirty, so after cleaning them off with some q-tips and rubbing alcohol, I assembled the ds and tested it....

Chosen Solution Hi I changed cracked screen of my iPhone XR with screen that I brought from ifixit. Everything works except Face Id. If I am trying to reset and configure face id again, it is showing a message ‘Face Id’ not available. There may be a tear in the earpiece flex cable. It’s very common and can only be fixed by Apple. Yeah it doesn’t work on changed screen….like changed fingerprint on old iphones
Chosen Solution When I plug my seagate external into my macbook pro I can play and get to all of the files on it but when I try to transfer files on to it it gets half way done and then I get the message “this file is in use by another application” and will not let the transfer go through. The thing is it is not being used by another application, I quite all applications....
Chosen Solution Was sold 3 dome- style uniview cameras and then had a ONVIF camera added to the network later. Problem is the installer refuses to give me the admin password for the new camera, even though it is set up and linked to my email address & WiFi / Internet. I’m able to reset the password for the dome cams but keep hitting a roadblock when I attempt to add the new camera to the network....

Chosen Solution so first, not that it matters a ton i imagine, but my laptop is an MSI GP63 Leopard 8RE. (wasnt in the choose device section.) i am having troubles with running games. they will either lag a lot or they will run so slowly that i really cant even play them. this laptop is more than capable of running these games, has almost nothing on it memory/storage-wise. so im really confused on why it cant run games very well....

I don’t care to have a backup, I just want to start new so can I put the new blank SSD in the system and download the OS over WiFi directly without an external hard drive? Thanks for asking Luke! Chosen Solution Just recently dropped my s6 edge into a river, worked for awhile then switched off. Pulled apart my phone, alcohol cleaned it and replaced my battery, now all is working except my phone signal. My sim card works in another phone so i’m questioning what part do i have to make certain is ok apart from the antenna cable and how i can go abouts testing it out. I will reseat the antenna cable although i would like to know what other antenna associated parts i have to play with....
Chosen Solution Hello, have been trying to fix my iphone for days now. Got the searching…-text in the top corner and have tried replacing cellular antenna assebly down at the bottom two times. Then it has worked for a day or two until it hasnt anymore. Today I opened my phone, took out the speaker, and put it in again. Then it worked when I pressed on the screen in the speaker-area so, pretty sure there is bad contact somewhere....
Chosen Solution My Kenwood chef will not engage the motor unless I press down on the top plate. The teeth on the drive clutch will not engage. I cannnot see how to remove the cone topped drive from the gearbox. I am in Stranraer and there does not appear to be any Kenwood repairs in Scotland so any advice is welcome. Chosen Solution Colours are printing with lines even after cleaning procedure as well warm water cleaning with syringe etc. Can you repair the head? Your printer software should have the option to clean the print head. Try that. No luck in software or manual cleaning as stated. No. Usually you can’t fix the problem once the lines remain over more than 1-2 prints. Problem is the print head of course....
