I took it to a local Mac specialist and he confirmed the logic board survived the spillage but either I need a new display or connector. I can find a whole display on eBay no problem but I wanna find out if I can get a separate connector and see if that works....

Chosen Solution Hi! I noticed there was a lot of fuss about OWC (a scam/controversy about the thermal sensor in an iMac 2011, which could have been resolved using a Y cable splitter). My system is a iMac mid-2010 27” I want to place an SSD instead of the original HDD (so I want to maintain the disc drive bay). Thanks to these (1) (2) (3), I came to the conclusion I may not need at all the OWC cable, maybe I can resolve thanks to a thermal sensor from the disc drive....

Chosen Solution I have a Frigidaire refrigerator (FGHF2366PF3), freezer slides out on the bottom with dual doors on top for the fridge. The freezer stays cold (-18c), but the fridge will not (13c last I seen). I’ve been troubleshooting and trying to figure it out, I checked and made sure that the evaporator fan works. I removed the back cover in the freezer and can confirm there was quite a lot of ice all over the coils, and from my research that tells me it’s an issue with the defrost system....

Don’t consider myself qualified to track down and replace individual component, but willing to replace entire power board. Chosen Solution My clocks jumps ahead an hour sometimes and then it goes back to correct time. I can send a txt with the wrong time and when i look at it later it has the right time it was sent. Chosen Solution I cant get in my phone with cracked screen and wont allow me to enter in pin Turn device off. Cover the crack with scotch tape (no wrinkles) . cover the whole screen if necessary. And make sure your hands are warm, some devices have sensors that detect heat so only human touch will enable screen to react.
