Chosen Solution I recently replaced my joysticks because they were wearing out and everything works great. The only issue I have is that now my face buttons seem to be a little loose. When I shake the controller I can hear and fell them wiggle around. Is there a screw that needs to be tightened or any other fix? This isn’t a particularly good answer, as I haven’t had the chance to open a DS4 yet, but I can almost guarantee that something fell out or was misplaced when you replaced your joysticks, typically a lot of components are sitting loose in the enclosure, especially face buttons....

Chosen Solution Is the fan controller located on the logic board? Trying to fix my always on fan. Already tried all resets, firmware solutions. Thanks - @patricknholman I bet it’s a single component along the fan connector that has failed because of liquid damage. I’d be checking the voltage and resistance of R5660 and R5661 as well. You have to start working from the fan connector backwards to see what has failed....

Chosen Solution I have the same issue after replacing the batteries. Only the right side fan runs at full rpms. I replaced both fans and still the same issue. I wonder if I damaged something on the board related to the right fan. Anyone have any ideas besides buying a new logic board? Update (12/16/2021) . Chosen Solution Hey, A few days ago my 2017 Macbook Pro 15” Retina (Touchbar) froze while running Illustrator. So, I pressed the Power Button until it restarted. So, it booted until the part where I can enter my password but every time I put in my password it restarted again. So, basically it got stuck in a boot loop. Chosen Solution My charger port was already messed up and occasionally said it was wet but now it wont charge at all and the flashlight flashes whe I try to chargeit. Chosen Solution I am having trouble opening the back of my LG G6 phone to replace the battery. I bought the iFixit repair tools with the decice you heat in the microwave and place on top of the phone to loosen it up. I habe tried several times and still haben’t been able to get it to lift up. Any suggestions? Thanks Adam Something I do that you might try is use sturdy playing cards to try getting under the corners of the back glass (using a sliding motion along the edge of the glass) once you’ve heated the back glass of the phone (either with the iOpener or with a hairdryer/heatgun)....

Chosen Solution I’ve been having this CF card error message on my 350D pop up each time i try to use it. I had a root around, and I believe the problem is a bent card reader pin inside the system itself. Is this repairable? if so, how much, if it isnt a home fix. thanks! I just repaired this on my 350d. Unfortunately the CF card reader pins are individually soldered to the main board so you can’t just replace the bent ones, you have to replace the entire main board....

Chosen Solution Will steering column from a 94 GMC 2500 fit a 94 corvette Mike Beebe , The columns are very different and would not be swap-able with out (extreme) modification. Based on information on this site it seems the battery I need is a BTY-M6J, but when I google that to verify it all the MSI laptop model numbers listed as compatible with the BTY-M6J battery end in “CN” instead of “US”. Chosen Solution I’m replacing the nonfunctioning lightning port in my iPhone X. Other than the screen adhesive, the lightning port part, are there any other gaskets or anything else similar that will need to be replaced when re-assembling the phone? Not to my knowledge. You should be fine if you replace what you stated in your question.

Chosen Solution Hey there… since yesterday my iPhone have some weird issues….. it started with having this Screen Then i pressed in the upper right corner and my screen came back. When i put again Pressure on the same corner my screen freezes. I still see for ex. the Springboard but the clock and everything stays the same like on a screenshot…. when i try to lock my device, the screen dims to black and when i want to unlock it i get again the freezed Springboard “screenshot”…… When i restart then, i get the weird screen again like the pic above…....

Chosen Solution I’m interested in how much weight I might be able to shave off the new MBP by cutting away some aluminum from the edges of the case. (Front edge specifically, thinking just extending the opening “grip” area along the whole edge.) I don’t know anything about cutting aluminum, just curious whether anyone has tried this. Disappointed the weight/size went up on this version and not sure I want to wait for an underpowered 14-inch....

Chosen Solution I set it up thru itunes but its asking for credit card is that for real You do need a card to setup an itunes store account. As for the iPod touch it does not require a credit card to sync content with the computer. If you give us some more information as to where you are in the setup perhaps we can help you through the rest of it :) P....

Chosen Solution In between the home button and the digitizer cables is a square latched, in between replacing a new screen on the iPad I noticed this and removed the sticker which then I noticed has a compositor attached to it. I am not sure what it is or its function and before I finish the repair would like to know what it is. Please and thank you When doing the iPad Air 2 that’s a wake sleep sensor ....
