Chosen Solution There was a number written on bottom of clear acrylic chair I purchased. I tried to remove it first with glass cleaner. No luck. Then I used nail polish remover. It removed writing (looked like black sharpie) but left area foggy, no longer clear. How can I restore? Nail polish remover generally contains acetone or ethyl acetate both of which dissolve plastic. You could possibly buff it out but you are going to make a much larger area involved....

Chosen Solution Why does it not register weights? I have fitted new batteries but the scales does not reregister to zero and show letters in place of weights? Can l fix? My Starfrit Balance bathroom scale also stopped working and replacing the battery didn’t solve the problem. I turned it over, took out the screws holding the casing on and examined the feet that contacted the scale. Each little footpad had a metal disk that was supposed to connect with a corresponding metal sensor that was wired to the scale....
Chosen Solution I recently bought a iPhone XS with a broken screen and wanted to replace it. The included battery was unfortunately broken. I knew that it wouldnt boot without a battery, but i still wanted to see what the current draw without one was. Without a battery, i plugged in a charger and all it does is it jumps to ~200mA and goes to 0 again. So i bought a new battery from iFixit…and it still does the very same thing?...

OK so you bought a pile of parts from someone and are now trying to sort them out is that what we are dealing with here? The gold connector cables are the newer ones but just by looking at a connector does not define the part to fit X, Y or Z system....
Chosen Solution I know this is a long shot but I just want to have access to my old phone. I dropped my old iPhone 6s in the toilet about 3 years ago. The day it happened the phone was working fine and then shut off about 4 hours after the initial drop. I’ve already had another phone since that one I just really want to see what’s on it and get my pictures from it....

Chosen Solution My Switch has one manufacturing defect: the backplate is not completely flush with the rest of the console. There is a gap in the casing right above the volume buttons, on the top of the unit. It looks exactly like this person’s unit. Chosen Solution Hello, we have a GE french door fridge (GFE26JSMAFSS) and the fridge has not been cooling (~60F top shelf, 48F bottom shelf), while the freezer is really cold (-15F). We have cleaned the condenser coil, confirmed the condenser fan and compressor are working. The evaporator fan seems to be working just fine as well. At first we thought it’s either the defroster thermostat or heater. So we opened up the cover and did NOT find the evaporator coils to be covered in frost/ice buildup....
