Particularly the 5c and 5s. I install the screen and return. About 2 days later, the screens fail (either with random touching ghost clicks or just not responding at all) If the screen doesn’t respond, usually a hard reset fixes it....

Chosen Solution I have a ton of Magsafe power cables, i.e. the cable that goes from the Magsafe “brick” and plugs into the wall socket. There are an assortment of plugs for Germany and other European countries, but I’d like to replace them (just the end part) with plugs for the US and UK. Can I use the standard (good quality) plugs you find in hardware stores? Can I just cut off the plug and an inch of cable, then reconnect the wiring to the new plug?...

Thanks It looks like it doesn’t per LG’s specs sheet: LG W110-G Watch-R it has a Broadcom BCM4343WKUBG chip the chip is wifi 802.11/bt 4.1 LE it only needs 1 antenna to work so LG could simply be lying about “not being able to use wifi on the GWR”. Chosen Solution The Computer will give the happy boot chime then it will start to boot on the hard drive but the monitor has grey lines in it. The computer will keep acting like it is booting but never completely boot. It just has the circle go around and around on the monitor with the lines in it. But every guide that talks about the gasket NEVER MENTIONS them!Does the force touch gasket need these extra strips of adhesive or is it sticky enough by itself? If you leave it out, you lose a lot of the water resistance. Normally with a phone you just baby it, but with a smart watch you really want to preserve the water resistance and not take chances....
Chosen Solution Epson uses an “inkpad” to clear its printer (jets?) before printing. Eventually the amount of ink deposited in this blotter-type system fills and must be replaced. Unfortunately it seems as if replacing the inkpad is very messy and difficult. Our printer is used so frequently that the inkpad needs to be replaced every six months. Epson charges enough to make replacing the entire unit a (sadly) reasonable option. Your opinion?...
