Hi @decarolis , Use a straightened out paperclip and insert it gently into the reset hole, #11 in the Prestige model You will feel the reset switch operate as you push in the paper clip. Hold it operated for about 10 seconds and then remove the paperclip. The tablet should restart.

If you do not have any soldering experience I wouldn’t recommend doing this on your own. When you move or wiggle the charger does it begin charging? You may have other problems but usually the wiggling of the charging cable will make it work. You should also use a flash light or something and look at the charging port and see if it is broken or something stuck inside....

Chosen Solution Hello I have replaced the toner detection sensor yet still get this error code and it states that the toner cartridges need replacing yet they are new. any help/advice would be much appreciated. Try pulling out the Ink cartridge you replaced. And shutting down the printer then putting the cartridge back in after you restart the printer.
