Chosen Solution Can’t hear ringing or voice when calling someone. This is probably because of a faulty earpiece speaker. You can tell this if you try call someone and put it on speaker you should be able to hear it. It is a fairly easy repair but if you haven’t repaired anything then be safe and go to a shop to get it repaired

It crashed again and stayed dead since than. I asked Apple to repair it, they said the Logic Board and the I/O Board have to be replaced (for 980€) and that they cant guarantee it will work after the replacement. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer, maybe they can give you spare parts to fix the earcups, or you could try printing the parts.
