After being dropped flat and face down my and iPad mini shows cracks in the screen only when backlit. I can not feel any cracks on the surface of the glass and the unit woks fine. Is it the LCD that is cracked or does the glass digitizer also need to be replaced? Thanks Brian
The problem you are having is with you LCD screen. The glass digitizer is separate depending on which model you have. All you need to do is to replace the LCD screen.
