Hi Unfortunately this is usually resolved by replacing the screen Before we replace anything I recommend reseating the battery and screen connections by following this guide(if you replace the screen it’s the same process) iPhone XS Screen Replacement Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
Before you even open or think of getting it opened by anyone, how old is it? If it’s under a year it will be covered by Apple Warranty. Check it out
