I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and recently it randomly disconnects from wifi. I’ll go into settings and it’ll say “Authentication Error Occurred”. I have no idea what to do and I’ve contacted Samsung support and they told me I’d have to pay for fixing it. I’d rather try to fix it myself than pay $65 and $10+ in shipping.
Go to trendmicro.com, they have excellent resources which tend to clean-up many software issues.
