Chosen Solution
Thanks in advance for the help. Model is: UN55H8000AF When powered on I have no picture or backlight. I do have sound though. I have checked the fuse on the T-Con board (circled in red), and it is getting continuity, and roughly 12V. Also, all three LEDS stay solid blue. I have not replaced any parts. I am at a total diagnostic loss on what else to do to figure out the problem.

Hi, With the TV on with sound, try shining a torch (flashlight) at an angle close to the screen and check for images. They will be very faint so trying this in a darkened room may help to see them if they’re there. If they are there it is a backlight problem. Turn off the TV and disconnect the power from the TV, remove the back cover and then disconnect the cable between the power board and the mainboard at the power board end. Reconnect the power to the TV and turn it on. The TV backlights should turn on full and stay on. Obviously there will be no picture because the mainboard is disconnected If they don’t turn on then either the backlight LEDs or the power board is the problem.
