I have Nokia Lumia 630 phone. it has been broken. Screen one side is working and bottom screen is not working. How can I take my data from phone to laptop.
Seshadri – Connect the phone to the computer by USB cable. Open File Explorer. It should recognize your phone, although you may need to install a driver. (Sometimes an issue here, but will explain if it doesn’t work automatically.) With File Explorer you can access the files on the phone. I have Windows phone and computer and do it often. Good luck.
