Chosen Solution
So following on from earlier thread about my battery usage in not working. It seems it’s probably the new battery I had fitted at my local shop. The guy is adamant it is a genuine battery. I have taken a photo of my original battery next to the battery he has installed and they don’t look the same. Can anyone confirm if that is how the replacements come from Apple?

Hello fraz1001, For the battery, only apple can provide a ‘genuine’ apple battery replacement. Apple does not sell their batteries to 3rd party repair companies. However, this isn’t to mislead you into thinking its a bad battery. Most, if not all, 3rd party repair shops, use quality batteries. For the battery usage not showing up, I’m afraid I will need a little bit more insight on what you mean is and is not showing up. If you can follow up, I would like to help as much as I can.
