Hi, I’ve recently purchased a laser machine like this and have some questions. I’ve tried to contact the support channels but unfortunately they keep pointing me to 2 of their demonstration video’s which don’t really answer a lot. I’ve got 2 quick questions; first, their demonstration video’s show a windows desktop, when the device starts, it just boots straight away into a program and does not shows anything desktop or windows 7 related. I can also not close out of the program itself. How do I turn off the device? Do I just use the power button on the back seeing as there is no windows desktop to turn it off from? (mentioned it above, so me asking this is kind of unnecessary, but;) How do I get to the windows desktop in the demonstration video on your website? My device starts up in the lazer program and I cannot close or minimise the program. (If it would have a desktop it would be possible to)
sven alleblas take a look at something like this video. See if that shows you more. Apparently your machine was supposed to have an electronic manual send to you with your purchase unless you bought it from a private seller etc.
