Hey friends, I’ve got a GDT580SMF5ES GE dishwasher that today started doing this
Press start (all cycle options same symptoms) it fills with water. Then it just sits. And sits. And sits until eventually after what would be the cycle spot to drain, and it drains as usual.
Any ideas? Any more info I can offer to help diagnose.
Hi @Chris Want, If there is no response from the OP then if you wish to purchase the service manual it should help you to find out what’s wrong. It details how to run and decipher the dishwasher’s diagnostic program and it also has wiring diagrams etc. The service manual (aka mini manual) for the dishwasher is GE part number 31-30705 but unfortunately I cannot find a free download online.
