Hi, My 3 year old GE Dryer is not working. Turn it on and the control board has most of the lights all lite up . The time remaining is half working cant read the time. The Steam Refresh button is always lite up. All the temp level are lite up. Some of the options are lit up in orange and others are lite up in blue. The dryer spins and works but does not heat up to dry. Its seems to be stuck on Steam Refresh mode.
Unplug it for five minutes to allow it to reset then see if it gives you any error codes when you plug it back in. Also, please give us the model number and I’ll see if there is a way to put it into diagnostic mode.
