Hello. I have Garmin Vivomove HR and unfortunately oled screen is not working. Rest is OK. Watch is working, touch screen is OK, I can feel vibra so it works. Anyway I can’t see anything on the screen. Do you know what can be a reason? Do you know how to open Vivomove HR? Rgds.
I’m having the exact same issue, worked intermittently for a few day, now not at all.
I am not able to paar with BT, because I can’t see BT access number. I wrote to Garmin Support and now I am waiting for any feedback. Update. I got feedback from Garmin that they have no support and no possiblity to repair. So I decided to diassembly my Garmin and I opened it. Unfortunately screen is broken, no possible to replace. But for example model of battery is IL38FM08ABT17. 89mAH, 0.34Wh, voltage 3.8V. Battery is LI-ion. It is not easy way of replace it, but it is possible. Unfortunately I didn’t find this battery on the market.
how did you dissamble it?. i have moisture inside it and i would like to open to dry it.
My first watch was slipped in water and permanently disabled to work as it was fell in water for 30 minutes. Then I have purchased an other one which is showing moisture in it and that’s why sometime I worried about it. Will it also be damage my watch?
