Chosen Solution
so first, not that it matters a ton i imagine, but my laptop is an MSI GP63 Leopard 8RE. (wasnt in the choose device section.) i am having troubles with running games. they will either lag a lot or they will run so slowly that i really cant even play them. this laptop is more than capable of running these games, has almost nothing on it memory/storage-wise. so im really confused on why it cant run games very well. i believe i solved this somehow way back when, but now having these problems again. any help is appreciated!
Try to clean cooler at CPU and GPU with alcohol wipes gently. Replace with new thermal paste . Update GPU driver. If using windows 10, you may also setup on storage sense.
