I have a galaxy s7 my husband dropped it at first the lights worked the screen was just green and unreadable so I let it die now it vibrates but the screen is black and none of the lights r coming on any idea what the do I tried the 2 button and 3 button reboot but all I get is vibration and no lights or reaction from the screen
Hello, From what you’re describing it seems like the drop broke the “AMOLED” display. I work at a Phone repair store and I’ve seen this issue many times. You will need to replace the screen in order to get your Galaxy S7 back in working condition.
