Hi has anybody else had the same issue of screen cracking on these tablets? I have had this tablet less than 3 weeks and the screen cracked on its own accord whilst it was docked and in an upright position. There has been no impact damage and the body of the tablet is in pristine condition. The crack is a hairline crack which spans the entire width of the glass bezel to bezel. PC world are refusing to deal with this as they have said it is classed as accidental damage. - I believe it to be a manufacturing defect but im not sure how i can prove this yet. Could this have been caused by overheating or quality issues with the glass itself?
Mine cracked when attaching to the magnets on the keyboard. Trying to get it repaired though Samsung with warranty since only a couple of months old and not due to accident or misuse. Bought at Best Buy and past the 14 day exchange/return policy. Running into many problems with Samsung customer service that I may never buy a Samsung product again.
