My phone was dropped on a tile floor. It has a protector on it but the screen is black. I can hear text messages and incoming calls but cant answer. It charges and the light comes at the bottom. How can I fix this?
It sounds like you have a damaged OLED screen. You’ll have to replace the screen if you want to keep using the phone. Grab a flashlight and see if you can spot any cracks on the screen beneath the glass.
Hello, after i replace the LCD of a Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017), the customer tell me that he can receive calls but not SMS anymore, how is that possible please? Also apparently it also &&^& the proximity captor, he also says his screen turns off whenever he receive a call… How to fix those problems and where it come from pls guys? Thank you in advance
