Kitten’s eyes are shut tight and paws are stuck. Tried opening it up - removal of fur succeeded. Removal of all screws was fine too; head opened in 2 pieces. Then mechanism from the neck is going into the head, and the neck simply will not open up [2 screws were already removed]. How to split the robot open? Not even asking what mechanics should look like, since I don’t get to that part yet.

Well, from it not moving it’s probably the motors, one could have a split wire or be unsoldered, or the motors could be burnt out. Then, again it could be a split gear, loose gear or tight gears that need lubrication. Since you already removed the 2 screws. If the neck is attached to the body of the toy somehow, you’ll need to remove the leg and body screws, to try and pry open the neck. There is gear system in the legs, that is attached to a motor inside the body. But before you do all this, examine the head. There could be a gear system to open the eyes, if they are jammed shut, turn the inner workings behind the eyes, this will open the eyes, and also help the motors move, do the same for the legs and neck.
