Chosen Solution

Hi! I’m pulling my hair out over here, this vacuum is not even a year old and it’s already failing. I’ve done a bunch of trouble shooting which I’ll lay out. Issue: On a full charge (breathing green light becomes solid green, charging by directly plugging into the wall, bypassing the charge station. There is no damage to the charging cable and no issue with the wall outlet.)Robit operates normally for about 3 minutes before shutting off. No issues with suction or pathing.I can not turn it back on again, it acts as if the battery is dead. Normally when battery is low it attempts to dock itself, it does not do that. I flick the power switch off and then on again, press the power button, it will not turn on.Plug the Robit back into the wall, green breathing light turns solid after less than five minutes, indicating full charge. It turns on and operates for about 3 minutes before the issue reoccurs.I can also plug the charging cord into the vacuum for a split second, it turns on and operates for about 45 seconds before the issue reoccurs. It is not hot in my home, the shell/underside of the vacuum is not hot to the touch after operating. My trouble shooting steps: Tested front bumper for obstructionsWiped all sensors with a dry paper towel, cleaned all moving wheels/sweepers of hair and other debris.Emptied dust collector and thoroughly cleaned the three filters, properly reassembled according to the instruction booklet diagramsOpened the battery compartment to see if there was any kind of visible defect with the battery. I don’t know the first thing about appliance repair, but I’m willing to learn! Here are some pictures of the vacuum.

Any ideas?

Have you tried replacing the battery
