i cant make calls or recieve calls even though i have full signal bar .if i change network gsm to others i might get one call then problem persists,same if i turn phone on and off one call full signal bar then nothing

Is your phone on lte(4g) mode only, a lot of phones (and networks) don’t support voice calls ones let, if you set phone to 2g/3g only dose problem remain?
