When Power is turned on by pressing the power button the display says, “Power Off: Do you want to shut down? Cancell_OK” and the screen gets freezes. How to fix this? looks like screen is completely frozen, touch screen does not work at all. I cannot set the factory setting by Power and Volume button as I saw some suggestions in the internet.
