My macbook is frozen at the log in screen, the mousetrack wont move. Nothing i’ve tried works, including rebooting and starting in safe mode. I’m using it for school and have a portfolio to send! Please help!!
Sounds like your battery has swollen up. For now plug in a USB keyboard & mouse so you can get your stuff copied off to an external drive.
