For the past hour my Iphone 5 has not been able to unlock. When i try to swipe the screen to type in my passcode, it freezes until the black apple screen logo comes up and turns back on then it repeats with the frozen screen For about 10 minutes i could use siri to call people but that no longer works ive tried holding down the lock button and the home button, but for the past year my lock button has been broken I have no idea what to do.
you can unplug the battery and replug it back in If you dont want to open your device, keep the screen on to drain the battery and when the battery run out charge it back up.
