My light at the top used to light green when I get a whatsapp message and a blue light when I get any other notification I recently factory rested my phone and now the lights don’t flash for none of my message, can this be fixed?
When you update your software, it often resets the affected preferences, and may have turned that option off. I would check that your settings are still enabled before worrying about hardware. Best of luck!
