Front Facing Camera Doesn T Work Iphone Xs Max

So I cracked the back glass on my phone and it’s not that easy to replace so I got a iCloud locked phone and just put my logic board into that phone and screen but now the front facing camera doesn’t work nor does the face unlock? I put everything together how it should be but don’t know why it doesn’t work?

You need to transfer the Earpiece Speaker and Front Sensor Assembly from the original screen to have face ID as they are paired to the logic board. I would transfer your camera assembly as well. ‘‘‘iPhone XS Max Earpiece Speaker and Front Sensor Assembly Replacement’’’
