Chosen Solution
I bought a new OP6T, in my first use one plus Camera app is not opening along with other Camera app from play store. It is throwing unknown error and flash light is disabled(greyed out). I tried factory reset, camera cache clear but no results. Thanks in advance if you have any resolutions for it.
OnePlus has always had camera issues for some reason. I am currently using the OnePlus 5 and have had some camera issues myself. In my opinion, I’d start a support ticket with them and resist from opening it just to maintain a warranty if you have one. If all is well, they’ll allow you to exchange your OnePlus 6 for a new one.
