Chosen Solution
My problem is my front camera doesnt work on some apps like facetime, snapchat, instagram etc but it works on the main camera app.
Back your phone up and then do a restore through iTunes and see if that fixes the problem as it defiantly a software problem.
I changed the front camera, all working now
