So, back camera is working. Ambient light sensor is working. Front camera is not. I’ve replace the screen on my iPhone but kept the original parts (only replaced screen + LCD). Before opening up again, what could cause the issue? According to my logic, the cable IS connected good. But I might’ve &&^&@@ up the connector when trying to put it.
You probably ripped the cable at some point. You should replace it.
Possible chance that one of the pins is bent, I had a issue like this before and with a closer look I noticed that I bent one of the pins when I did the repair.
