Chosen Solution
First off the phone was iCloud locked. So I then purchased an iCloud unlocked logic board. I replaced the logic board to the unlocked one. I put everything back together perfectly. It turned on and functioned perfect all around but the front facing camera. The rear camera works perfect, but when I switch to front facing, it’s just a black. Anyone know why this has happened? Please need help.
Often this is caused by a wrongly seated connector. otherwise perhaps the complement was damaged during repair and you will have to replace it. Unfortunately I don’t think Face ID works when it’s replaced
