Chosen Solution
The front camera of the device broke after my phone fell down. I tried to open de Main camera (back), but it shows the typical message “this app stop working” Could it be happening because of the front camera?
First take backup of mobile and restore to factory default. Check whether ribbon cable of back camera or soldering is proper. If cable is is loose refix it.
