I’m a technician working on a iphone 7 and the front and back camera as well as the flash are not working. When I go to the camera app all I get is a black screen.
Could be a ground problem in the ribbon of one of the camera’s. You don’t have a board problem until you have ruled out a parts problem. Peace ChrisP
