Removed the interior back panel only a few coils had frost less than a quarter of the whole panel. Also vacuumed and dusted the bottom areas of refrigerator. You said you vacuumed out the lower part where the condenser is? Does the coil look clean? When running is the condenser coil feeling very hot? Is the condenser fan running? Might want to try unplugging it, and spraying a metal safe cleaner on it. Even just some soap and water in a spray bottle. Let sit a few minutes, then carefully rinse it off. Poor cooling like this (limited frost on evap) is typically either lost refrigerant charge, condenser fan not running, or a dirty coil keeping it from condensing properly.
