my htc desire 516 handset is frezzed on htc white logo screen .i have tryed everything like power and uppervolume button press them and reset then reboot several times i have done this but there was same error how this prblm can be resolved
dont just choose reboot choose factory data reset sadly your important files will erase but your phone will work
