My KitchenAid Superba freezer won’t get below 20 degrees, but the fridge section is 40 degrees. I removed the lower inside freezer panel and the evaporator fan is functioning and the evaporator coils have a thin layer of frost. Any suggestions?
You probably caught it during the defrost cycle, it does that once a day.. Give a few hours and recheck it
