My Samsung has a freezer on the bottom and the freezer reading is -8 but things are not freezing. Fridge reading is at 37. Found water moisture on TOP BACK panel outside of the refrigerator. Also, ice maker has not been working. There is popping noise once in awhile also. Please advise. Thank you
