2012 Samsung refrigerator freezer french door fridge pull out bottom freezer bought used. Have had it for less than a year. Freezer stopped freezing and there is a error code (21 E) and (39E). What could be wrong that we can perhaps fix?
I have the same issue, my freezer is not code enough but my fridge works just fine. I set my fridge at 35F & freezer at -2F
