I have a Kenmore elite model# 795.71032.010 with the bottom freezer. Every few days, the freezer defrosts to the point that all the ice cubes melt then starts working again. The coils are clean. The freezer and refrigerator blowers are working. The defrost sensors show continuity. What might the problem be? How would I troubleshoot?
Hi @ksmith5 Not sure if this service manual is applicable to your model as it doesn’t show a 7 blink error code -see p.45 I realize that it is not for your model number but the best that I can find out is that your refrigerator is a LG refrigerator made for Kenmore and that the service manual is LG publication MFL62188020, which is the same number as printed at the bottom of p.1. Hopefully this is of some help and apologies if it didn’t help
