after i try to shut down my alcatel holding the power button and volume up button it shuts down and than i made a sistem reboot at first it starete normaly and than it showed alcatel icon and it froze there it does not open …
first thing if possible try to remove the battery for 30 seconds if you cannot turn it off and put it back in and see if that helps
