Hello. Please let my know how I can free space for my Iphone 7 even if I can’t access it. After I shut down It won’t open (it’s showing only the apple logo) Know It is in support restore mode to make an update and in the process I receive error 14 in Itunes. Thank you

iTunes error 14 is usually caused by a faulty cable, but it can also be caused by a faulty firmware update. First, make sure that you are using an original Apple Lightning cable, or another MFI (Made For iPhone) cable. Also make sure that your USB port on your computer doesn’t have any dust or debris that could be getting in the way. If you can confirm that you don’t have a faulty cable then we can move on to other things. Another good thing to check is that you are using the latest version of iTunes. If your cable is good and you’re running the latest version of iTunes it is possible that you have a faulty firmware update which is causing your error.
