My Kodak Pulse Digital Frame has quit working and I really don’t want to replace it. The first stage: it froze on one picture. I unplugged the device and it rebooted. When I pushed the check it button, the frame was able to connect to the internet, but would keep recycling after showing “downloading 5 of 2364 pictures”. I tried unplugging it again and now it won’t do anything, just a white screen. Does anyone know how to fix the Kodak Pulse? It is out of production and irreplaceable.
Good news! I was able to fix my frame by replacing the power cord. If anyone has this issue that is a first step to correct.
Unplug the picture frame. While depressing both buttons on the back , plug it back in and hold buttons until it restarts.
I had this problem or part of it…the white screen. When it displays the white screen or gets frozen: unplug power, leave for at least 1h. Plug power and leave for 10 minutes or so. Press the Start button for 2 seconds only , frame should start. If it starts again with white screen : unplug, leave for 10 minutes. Plug back in and press AT THE SAME TIME both Check and Start buttons, this will reset the frame and you have to set it up again. If nothing works : with the frame plugged in but off press with a plastic stick through the hole located lower than the Check button, press for 2 seconds then wait. After that press AT THE SAME TIME both Check and Start buttons, this will reset the frame and you have to set it up again. Hope some of this will work for you. Regards, Adrian
My frame is white and never changes when I plug it in, power stays on (it seems). Started this morning. I have done what you all stated and nothing works … thoughts?
