Hi deejohns1964 One way to do it is to download Hiren BootPE https://www.hirensbootcd.org/ https://www.hirensbootcd.org/files/HBCD_… Inside this recovery OS there is a tool to reset your forgotten windows 8 login password. After you had downloaded the ISO, either burn it to a dvd / use tool to copy to usb and boot it up.
