How can I unlock my pass port ?If I cant remember my pass word
Hi @tahm are they any important files you need to access? else consider just erase your drive after 5 incorrect password tries. AFAIK I do not see any known “backdoor” or solutions to recover from forgotten password. You can try contacting WD support but I guess they will turn you down and advise you to do a full erase on the drive.
