I have a Florescent Study Lamp with 9watts,6500k specifications.The lamp is not working and would like to repair it.As this is my first time repairing an electronic instrument,I would like to get answer in the best basics possible.I attached some pictures of the instrument.
may be you can try replacing the ballast of the bulb
