Floor nozzle works/has suction, but removable wand for accessories has little to no suction. All hoses were checked (and double checked) for a blockage, dust cup checked, all filters cleaned per manual, including HEPA. Manual maintenance says close suction control on handle to increase suction but there isn’t one. Support could not identify problem but offered to send a new motor.
The ones I have seen, the wand is connected to the end of the hose that goes to the brush, or have a mechanical diverter that redirects the suction to the wand. If the brush has suction, there is no reason to suspect a bad motor.
