i just had a customer come in asking why the led isnt flashing when they get a notification it was before. i checked the setting to make sure it was setup to flash with notification and it is, also when i turn on the flashlight it turns on. is the led that flashes for notifications different from the flashlight led? i had no answer i just guessed it was software issue from ios 11
Make sure they do not have Do Not Disturb enabled. That will stop the flash from emitting light for notifications.
