My Macbook fell from the table but I was able to turn it on and nothing seems damaged. A few days went by, I put my laptop to sleep and when I open it, I see the flashing folder with question mark. I was able to restart the laptop and it worked like normal except that this happens every now and then, maybe more often when I throw it on my bed. Should I be concerned and how do I fix this? Thank you.
Sounds like you are a bit rough on your gear! You clearly damaged your system internally. Your system was not designed to be knocked about! Treat it like a new born baby. I would make a backup ASAP and get your system to someone which can fix it. You may end up needing a new logic board, Ouch!
backup important files!!! if there is still applecare, send in for repairs! else you might need to try to reseat the SSD, keeping finger cross and hope it works! Can the SSD be replaced? MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Function Keys, Late 2016-2017) SSD There could be some possibilities, bad connector, bad solder, or SSD
